ZETDC To Improve Service Delivery.

ZETDC has given out a notice on their twitter account of a planned interruption of the prepaid electricity vending system.

”We would like to advise valued customers countrywide that the Prepaid Electricity Vending system will not be available for service from Thursday 3^RD October at 2230hrs to 0730hrs on Friday,4^th October 2019 “ said ZETDC on twitter.

The scheduled maintenance is said to address the challenges that customers have been experiencing to ensure efficient service delivery.

However, customers have been advised to ensure that they buy adequate electricity that would sustain them during the maintenance period to avoid the inconvenience of running out of prepaid credit.
