Ecocash Upgrade Ecocash was down for system maintenance for 24 hours since yesterday November 16 and upon resumption of the mobile payment platform service, users found themselves unable to purchase airtime.
Upon logging in, one was welcomed by the screen below and no option to purchase airtime or bundles.
Citizens were quick to air out their frustration on Twitter.
