COVID-19 Screening Intensify With People Forming Long Queues To Get Their Temperature Taken At Parirenyatwa
Long COVID-19 screening queue at Parirenyatwa Hospital – Video. COVID-19 screening has intensified with people forming long queues having temperature taken before being served at Parirenyatwa Group of Hospitals.
COVID-19 monitoring team had to test temperatures and made sure motorists underwent sanitization before entering the hospital. Details of their visit were still sketchy with reports that most of them were seeking medical treatment following their recent visits to other countries while others were visiting their loved ones.
“Pane zvandirikuda mukati umu wangu todii inguva yacho,” one of the motorists said refusing to answer more questions. Parirenyatwa Group of Hospitals closed two of the four entrances leaving one for pedestrians and another one for motorists as a measure to enhance monitoring of COVID-19.
Two visitors are allowed per patient during the visiting hours at the hospital.
