No New Cases Recorded On 17 April- Zim Still At 24 Confirmed Covid-19 Cases

Zimbabwe on the 17th of April recorded no positive case of covid-9 out of the 1194 tests done according to the Ministry Of Health and Child Welfare.

The Ministry in their daily updates mentioned that of the confirmed case number #24 from the day before which was a 24 year old who had returned fro the United Kingdom and had no signs or symptoms of covid-19 upon arrival.

The 24 year old was put under mandatory quarantine at one of the designated quarantine centers.He was diagnosed of covid-19 yesterday and since he has been relocated to Beatrice Road Infectious Diseases Hospital.

Lets maintain Social distancing and take seriously quarantining to avoid the spread of this virus.
