Returnees Test Positive For COVID-19 At Madziwa Teachers College Quarantine Center

3 returnees have reportedly tested positive for coronavirus at Madziwa Teachers’ College quarantine center. 

ZimTrending learned from Herald that the 3 have already been taken to Chipadze Isolation center as the province bumps up its efforts to fight the pandemic.

According to the publication, Chipadze isolation is not yet 100 percent complete and the patients cannot be admitted at Mvurwi Hospital which was set aside as the provincial COVID19 hospital because renovations and construction work is ongoing.

This has reportedly prompted Kazembe Kazembe to order the province to promptly finish the renovations at Mvurwi Hospital. Zimbabwe has recorded 174 cases of COVID-19 so far.
