Just In : All Vehicles Barred From Entering Into Harare Central Business District

Reports coming suggest that all vehicles(buses,private cars etc) intending to get into Harare Central Business District are being turned away.

A number of people who were getting into town reported that there are roadblocks at various entry points where the state's security officers were turning away all the vehicles without any explanation.

Have we entered another phase of lockdown?
