Woman Arrested After Hiring Hit Man To Kill Her Husband
20-year-old woman, Priscilla Chiyavayava has been arrested after she allegedly hired hitmen including her lover to kill her husband to reportedly pave way for her and her lover to get married.
Dereck Mudzengi is admitted at Shurugwi District Hospital where he is being treated after he sustained serious injuries after he was attacked by his wife’s new lover and his friends with machetes and iron bars and was saved by passersby who heard his screams.
ZRP has confirmed the arrest of Priscilla Chiyavayava, Mudzengi’s wife and confiscated her phone which they said has incriminating evidence. Midlands police spokesperson Inspector Joel Goko said:
I can confirm the arrest of a 20-year-old woman, Priscilla Chiyavayava, who allegedly connived with some three men, among them her alleged boyfriend, to attack her husband..
A source privy to the incident said:
Chiyavayava’s boyfriend Justin Mpfeka is on the run and ZRP has launched a manhunt for him and the 2 friend only identified as Nyasha and Lloyd who also attacked Mudzengi together with Mpfeka.
