Magistrate Ngoni Nduna bans Chin’ono’s lawyer From Representing Him

Magistrate Ngoni Nduna banned Beatrice Mtetwa from representing activist Hopewell Chin'ono and Chin'ono is now represented by Advocate Taona Nyamakura.

He has also ordered that Prosecutor General institute contempt of court proceedings against her and for Law Society of Zimbabwe to be provided with a copy of his judgment so that they can withdraw her license.
