Ngarivhume’s Bail Ruling Delayed By ZPCS

Jacob Ngarivhume's bail ruling has been delayed by the Zimbabwe Prisons snd Correctional Service as they failed to hand over the keys to the Court's cells. 

The van that was carrying Ngarivhume to Harare Magistrates court had to turn back for security reasons as the keys where nowhere to be found. 

Regional magistrate Trynos Utahwashe had to adjourn the court as Ngarivhume was not available to hear the reading out of his bail ruling.
