The mysterious inferno has reignited a conspiracy theory that had been floating around that Tinashe Mutarisi was being blackmailed by unknown people.

Property worth more than US$1,3 million lost in the inferno. The owner, Mr Tinashe Mutarisi cast a dejected face as he took a look at the remains of his once thriving factory.

The mysterious inferno has reignited a conspiracy theory that had been floating around that Tinashe Mutarisi was himself being blackmailed by unknown Zanu-PF heavyweights who wanted shares in the company. The theory says the so called politically-linked people had threatened to burn down his business if Mutarisi did not play ball.
