Police spokesperson Robert Netshiunda has officially confirmed Nzuzo Njilo’s arrest, revealing that he failed to deliver goods worth over R1.5 million as promised.
Durban Central Police have arrested a 27-year-old man in connection with a case of fraud, which reportedly occurred at a business premises between 30 January to 20 July 2023.
It is alleged that a man purchased a product from a suspect and was not satisfied with the quality of the product.
Reports indicate that the victim was promised another product, but it was not delivered. The suspect will appear in the Durban Magistrates court on Thursday.
Rumours suggest that Nzuzo Njilo is scheduled to appear before the Durban Magistrates Court later this week.
However, the controversial businessman has neither confirmed nor denied the news, leaving the public in suspense regarding the latest twist in his legal saga.
