The arrests were made on November 19 following a swift investigation by law enforcement.
The stolen vehicle, a Department of Health Toyota Hilux, had been parked on hospital premises after an accident.
On the night of November 18, around 11 p.m., two suspects reportedly tricked security guards into opening the hospital gate by claiming to be transporting a gravely ill patient.

Once inside, the suspects abandoned their vehicle, held the guards at gunpoint, tied them up, and forced them to lie face down.
After freeing themselves, the guards discovered the Hilux missing and reported the incident to Belfast SAPS.
A business robbery case was opened, sparking an intense search involving the Witbank Tactical Response Team, Middelburg Flying Squad, and local police.
The investigation led to the discovery of stripped vehicle parts, some loaded onto one suspect’s light delivery vehicle. Additional parts were recovered in nearby locations.
Police confirmed that the seized parts matched the stolen hospital vehicle.
“The suspects are currently arrested for possession of suspected stolen vehicle body parts, but police have not ruled out the possibility of adding more charges.”
