Chinese Man Shots Zimbabwean Employees Over Salary Dispute
MDC Alliance deputy spokesperson in the Youth Assembly, Womberai Nhende reported an incident that recently took place in Gweru of a Chinese national who allegedly shot and injured his two employees over a salary dispute.
Nhendere made the announcement on Twitter on the 21st of June 2020 saying they were shot over a salary dispute. He said:
A Chinese national has shot and injured two natives in Gweru over a salary dispute. And no arrest has been made.
The Zimbabwe Congress of Trade Unions (ZCTU) has demanded justice for two Zimbabwean workers who were reportedly shot and killed by their Chinese employers.
