Watch: Nox – My Melody (Official Video) ft. Master KG (Lyrics)
South African based Zimbabwean musician Nox has teamed up with award-winning producer Master KG on his latest release titled “My Melody”.
The song has received mixed reactions amongst Zimbabweans and South Africans. Some are saying its this years summer hit whilst others are saying the song isn't that good.
What has added to the debate has been the fact that Jah Prayzah's son, Mukudzei Jnr, released his first song on the same day as Nox's video.
Interestingly, it was Mukudzei Jnr who chalked up the most views during the first three hours and some pointed to this as evidence that Nox's project is half-backed.
However, time will tell if this song, which features Master Kg's trademark ‘Nwane T'amos' chant, will be a hit.
