Job Sikhala’s Wife arrested

Member of Parliament for Zengeza West Job Sikhala’s of CCC wife Ellen Sikhala has been arrested whilst driving to Chikurubi

Maximum Prison where her husband is detained, family spokesperson Freddy Masarirevu has confirmed.
Posting on twitter, Masarirevu said though details were sketchy it appears she was arraigned for a traffic offence and would appear in Court on Thursday.

Sikhala wife was arrested on her way to Chikurubhi to see her husband who was arrested on in June for inciting public violence.

Mrs Sikhala was charged with a traffic offence and a docket has been opened and she is to appear in Court on Thursday at Rotten Row.

It is said Mrs Sikhala vehicle was impounded and people been arguing that its a way of punishing Sikhala not necessarily a traffic offence.

In a tweet one follower of Fadzai Mahere CCC spokesperson said

“Dai Mwari vatibatsira tabuda mumaoko emabhinya eZanu aya, now they want the kids to suffer while all parents are in prison. As the CCC supporters we have a duty to perform, let's show solidarity at the court on Thursday”
