School teacher, John Nziradzaro, appeared in court yesterday facing allegations of rap_ing a 13-year-old student.
Nziradzaro was not asked to plead when he appeared before magistrate Tranos Utahwashe.
He was advised to apply for bail at the High Court.
The court heard that sometime in September, Nziradzaro proposed l0ve to the student, and she consented.
Later that month, he invited the minor to his house and allegedly rap_ed her three times.
It is further alleged that on an unknown date, Nziradzaro invited the minor to school for extra lessons, and rap_ed her afterwards, in a private room.
