Konrad Adenauer-Stiftung Scholarships in Germany 2020
The Konrad Adenauer Stiftung scholarships in Germany are given to international students who wish to study and carry out research work in German universities. This scholarship is given to help increase diversity in German educational institutions and help students carry out their studies/research in Germany.

- Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must have an undergraduate degree
- Applicants must be willing to spend at least 3 semesters of their Postgraduate (Masters/
- Doctoral) studies or research study at a university in Germany
- Applicants should not be more than 30 years old
- Must have a keen interest in issues of politics
- Applicants must have been involved in and shown commitment towards volunteer work
- Applicants should also have some knowledge of the German language (B2 level
Scholarship Covers
- A per month stipend of €850 for Masters and Postgraduate studies
- A per month stipend worth €1.200 for PhD students (after they receive an admission offer letter from a German university)
- Health insurance worth up to €120 (if required)
- Family allowance worth €276
- Children’s allowance €194 per child (for children who live with you in Germany)
- Ph.D. students can also apply for financial funding for research stays in a foreign country
- If scholars have to take a course related to their studies in Germany, a fee refund can be provided
