Bulawayo Residents Dump Coffins Of Children At City Council Offices

 Bulawayo's residents of Luveve township staged a mass action at Luveve Housing office to register their displeasure at the death of children who are said to have perished after consuming council water. 

The protesters dumped mock coffins at the housing office alleging that council water was killing them. 

The Bulawayo City Council has since taken the Luveve issue as a matter of priority by directing engineers to supply clean municipal water to the area without any shedding. 

The Council is also pursuing the cause of the death with laboratory tests expected soon.
