How To Track Your ZESA Current Bill, Track Usage
You can now check your account online (post or prepaid). It's a simple process. You will need:
Post- Paid
1. Your zesa account number, the previous bill amount and bill number.
2. Access to the Zetdc self-service portal:
3 Register your account and you can check what's owed and even pay online.
Prepaid:
1. Your meter number and previous token number
2. Access to the Zetdc self-service portal:
3 Register your account and you can check how many units you can buy and your usage.
