Tiffany Hardish in Court for Molestation

American comedy Actor Tiffany Haddish is being sued for molestation of John Doe.

The woman who sued her is identified as Jane Doe as seen in the magazine People on behalf of a minor identified as John Doe.

According to court papers, Tiffany Hardish is said to have been a long-time family friend, but says in 2013, at the age of 14, Haddish took Jane Doe to the taping of a “sexually suggestive Subways commercial” to help her make it in the industry. She alleges Haddish showed her how to perform inappropriate sexual acts after watching an older man and woman in a video.

However, Tiffany Haddish's lawyer dismissed the claims saying Jane Doe has accused Ms. Haddish for several years.

Several lawyers who have heard Jane Doe case have dismissed it and dropped the matter once it became clear that the claims were meritless and Ms. Haddish would not be shaken down.
