Masvingo’s Charlotte Muziri crowned Miss Zimbabwe Queen
Charlotte Muziri has been crowned Miss Zimbabwe Queen for 2022.
Born and bred in Masvingo the stunning 25-year-old Charlotte Muziri took the crown at a ceremony hosted on Saturday night at the Rainbow Towers International Conference Centre.
It is the first high-profile pageant held since the Big Pause and some changes before.
Harare beauty Gina Mutemeri was the first runner-up, Bulawayos Stacy Hassam second, Masvingos Tamia Chawaguta third and Annalisiwe Ndebele emerged as the fourth runner-up.
Muziri believes her hard work and dedication paid off and promised to execute her role as the Zimbabwean queen.
“I am so excited. The journey was long and tiring but I thank God. I did not expect this. I pray that God gives me strength and courage to wear this crown with dignity and humility,” she said.
Charlotte Muzira walked away with a VW polo and other prices.
The Masvingo beauty scooped the coveted Miss Zimbabwe Queen crown at the glamorous event after an impressing the adjudicators during the overall assessment.
