Using a small silver dish as a bath tub, the pastor invites women to come forward for the cleansing ritual.

The video has raised questions about Christendom and some of the excesses within congregations especially with the rise of self-proclaimed prophets who adopt autocratic leadership styles where no one in the church can question their actions.
Some netitzens, however, feel these shenanigans are a reflection of how unChristian most worshippers have become.

They argue that congregants are being abused by charlatans because they themselves have little knowledge or understanding of Christian principles.
Netizens added that most congregants no longer go to church to meet Jesus Christ but to seek quick solutions to their problems.
For many, the desperation for quick solutions to financial, health, marital, relationship problems has blinded people into doing anything and hordes have fallen prey to abusers and conman in the process.
The situation has been worsened by a lack of agreement on a code of conduct or ethics among leaders of these new churches as each one charts their own path.
