ZBC's DJ Scott Faces Sexual Harassment Allegations
According to sources within the state broadcaster, a complaint of s_exual harassment was filed against Matengambiri, also known as DJ Scott.
It is claimed that the veteran radio celebrity, who has dedicated nearly two decades to ZBC, harassed a young female employee, pressuring her into performing inappropriate acts in exchange for a job opportunity.

Matengambiri, currently under investigation by the broadcaster’s human resources department, is reportedly considering resigning to avoid the disciplinary process.
When approached for comment by ZimLive, ZBC chief executive officer Adelaide Chikunguru declined to address the allegations against one of her top managers, simply stating:
I would like to decline to comment on this matter, thanks.
DJ Scotti, known for his popular radio show where he offers advice on handling difficult love situations, is not the only ZBC employee embroiled in a s_ex scandal.
Last week, ZBC radio services director Robson Mhandu was also suspended for allegedly making s_exual advances towards a subordinate, Farai Juliet Magada, also known as Farai Jules.

Despite incriminating voice messages, Mhandu is determined to contest the allegations.
These incidents involving Matengambiri and Mhandu are expected to shed light on a deeper s_ex scandal within the state broadcaster.
A ZBC insider stressed the need for authorities to take decisive action against s_exual harassment, emphasizing the importance of supporting and assisting victims in overcoming the consequences of such acts.
In response to the recent events, the Zimbabwe Media Commission (ZMC) expressed deep concern over the reported incidents of sexual harassment within the industry in a statement released on Wednesday.
