Woman who Seeded $1million with Makandiwa Dies
Owner of Ocean Perfumes Blessing Mashangwa, who previously accused Prophet Emmanuel Makandiwa with stealing more than $1 million from her, has passed away.
Her cause of death has not yet been disclosed by her family. Blessing died early today at a Johannesburg, South Africa, hospital.

Prophet Emmanuel Makandiwa, the founder and leader of United Family International Church (UFIC), was sued by Blessing Mashangwa and her husband Upenyu Mashangwa in 2017, which catapulted her into the public eye.
From 2014 till 2016, the Mashangwa family was a dedicated member of UFIC. But in 2017, they made the decision to leave the popular charismatic church.
When Upenyu and Blessing Mashangwa were members of the church, they were exceedingly generous. Because of their faith, they were brave and generous enough to seed an and give large sums of money as offerings.

When they left the church, the couple pondered and realised they had forked out money for UFIC. The two had spent a staggering US$1.1 million on tithes and offerings.
The Mashangwas felt bitter and decided to recoup their money. They filed a lawsuit against Emmanuel Makandiwa after he refused to pay them back the money.
However, the couple lost the suit, and High Court Judge Owen Tagu said tithes and offerings are ‘free will offerings’ which can only be recovered from God.
Zimbabweans online reacted to the news that Blessing Mashangwa has died.
