A fake judgement on Moana's burial is doing the rounds on social media. The judgement gives burial rights to the father as he looked after the child.

Part of the supposed judgement reads:

“The burial rights are awarded to the father of the deceased to lead the burial ceremonies of the deceased and in consultation with the mother of the deceased and the maternal family…”
