Recently, the South African socialite was arrested over an outstanding warrant related to a civil case, while attending a murder trial where he was accused of killing his boyfriend earlier this year.
The arrest took place at the Vredenburg Magistrates Court, where Musa was attending proceedings regarding the alleged murder.
According to reports from Daily Sun, the National Prosecuting Authority confirmed that Musa was apprehended by the court sheriff for failing to appear in a civil case in Gauteng.

Eric Ntabazalila, spokesman for the National Prosecuting Authority, stated: “The sheriff of the court came and said he has a warrant for his arrest for a civil case in Gauteng. He was then arrested in court (Vredenburg). His case was remanded to 7 August 2024 for judicare.”
This development adds another layer to Musa’s ongoing legal challenges. Already embroiled in a murder trial following the tragic events of March 2022, he now faces additional complications due to the civil case warrant.
Sources indicate that Musa is currently without legal representation, having parted ways with his former lawyer.
