The case stems from an incident on August 25, when Stunner’s daughter was playing with her nine-year-old friend.
According to reports presented in court, the children were chasing each other when a scuffle broke out between them.

During this exchange, Stunner’s daughter allegedly fell and began crying, prompting her father to intervene.
It was claimed that in his attempt to stop the fight and protect his daughter, Stunner assaulted the other child.
