Requests for Expression of Interest Non-Consulting Services: For the supply, installation, configuration and implementation of Elactronic Documents and Records Management System (EDRMS) to NAZ and its clients.
The National Archives of Zimbabwe (NAZ) is mandated in terms of the National Archives Act (25/06) to acquire, preserve and provide access to national historical documentation. National Archives of Zimbabwe statutory responsibilities include overseeing records management practice in the Zimbabwe public sector. Increasingly the public sector is now generating records in electronic formats and it is critical that NAZ be capacitated to handle electronic records for posterity in line with its madate.
NAZ therefore now invite eligible qualified solution providers/ firms to indicate their interest for providing Electronic Documents and Records Management System (EDRMS) to NAZ and its clients.
