Neighbours Fatally Assault Teen Over WiFi

Quinton Malibe, a young teenager was brutally assaulted by his neighbours for using their Wi-Fi without permission.

The incident occurred when Quinton, seeking to access the internet, was caught near the gate of his neighbor’s house in Bushbuckridge. Allegedly, he was trying to connect to their Wi-Fi network without their consent. In a violent confrontation, Quinton was severely beaten by the neighbours.

Following the assault, Quinton was rushed to Matikwane Hospital in Bushbuckridge, where he was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

Quinton succumbed to his injuries on Monday evening, leaving the community shocked and outraged by the senseless loss of life over such a minor offense.

Local authorities are investigating the incident, and the individuals responsible for the assault are expected to face charges.
