In a plot twist straight out of a school drama, Ivyluck College's headmaster, Tafadzwa Chikohora, has found himself in hot water after allegedly pulling off a heist that would make even the most daring of school pranksters blush.
The 31-year-old head honcho is accused of swiping a cool $729 meant for three students' ZIMSEC O’ Level exam fees.
Instead of registering the students for their November exams, Chikohora decided to play a game of “hide and seek” with the cash.
Chikohora's grand scheme began in May when he pocketed the exam fees and then went on to create a series of fake documents to cover his tracks.
He even went as far as to produce counterfeit ZIMSEC exam papers, which he had the students sit for in the Ellis Robins High School lab. Talk about dedication to the craft!

The plot thickened when the students, blissfully unaware of the headmaster's shenanigans, started chatting about the exam questions with their peers.
It didn't take long for the discrepancies to come to light, leading to Chikohora's arrest. The court has since remanded him in custody until October 25 for a bail hearing.
In a move that would make any spy proud, Chikohora destroyed the fake exam papers after the students had completed them, hoping to erase any evidence of his misdeeds. Unfortunately for him, the students' chatter was his undoing.

So, while the students of Ivyluck College might have missed out on their legitimate exams, they certainly got a crash course in crime and punishment. As for Chikohora, it looks like he'll be spending some time in detention – of the legal variety.
