How to make the perfect Omelet
- Beat eggs with salt and pepper in a small bowl
- In a separate pan, sauté desired veggies, set aside
- Spray a new pan and add eggs. Gently tilt the pan in circles until eggs cover the entire pan
- Keep heat on low and cover pan with lid
- Once eggs are fully cooked, add the veggies and fold over one half with a spatula
- Remove from stove and enjoy
