1. Beat eggs with salt and pepper in a small bowl
  2. In a separate pan, sauté desired veggies, set aside
  3. Spray a new pan and add eggs. Gently tilt the pan in circles until eggs cover the entire pan
  4. Keep heat on low and cover pan with lid
  5. Once eggs are fully cooked, add the veggies and fold over one half with a spatula
  6. Remove from stove and enjoy
