Fluffy scrambled eggs
- Crake for large eggs in a bowl
- Add sea salt and black pepper
- Beat with fork
- Heat 1 tsp coconut oil or( other oil) in a pan on low heat
- Add the eggs and stir gently around the pan with a spatula as they cook
- Eggs are done when they are silky and slightly runny
