Diesel Shortages Set To Ease As ZERA Steps In
The Zimbabwe Regulatory Authority (ZERA) has just released a press statement giving updates on their recent meeting with the Oil Marketing Companies (OMC's) held on the 29th of February discussing the current fuel shortages in the country.
ZERA and OMC's deliberated on the impact of the diesel decrease on the local market which the OMC's agreed to continue supplying diesel to consumers at the new prices which were set by ZERA last week.
ZERA working closely with OMC's to ensure the country has adequate supply and has urged the public to continue using fuel efficiently as they are carrying out surveillance on the possible hoarding of fuel.
