Leaked: How ZANU-PF Rigged 2013 Elections

A Mr Chung Huwao has been identified as one of the Chinese Officials who was involved in the rigging of the 2013 elections according to a leaked Zanu-PF Document.

Part of the strategy involved around making sure that those under the age of 35 did not register by frustrating them with slow service at ZEC offices nationwide.

This allegation feeds well into the narrative that the delay in fixing the problems at the registrar's office where many have failed to get IDs for the past 4 months is a ploy to sideline the millennials from participating in 2023 elections.
