The encounter took place inside Kaukonje’s car, specifically on the driver’s seat.
While they were engaged in the activity, Kashaya allegedly seized her client’s wallet, which was located in the driver’s door panel. She allegedly removed the money from the wallet and concealed it.
After the encounter, Kaukonje paid Kashaya the agreed-upon fee, and she departed. However, Kaukonje became perplexed when he discovered his wallet placed on the footrest, which aroused his suspicion.
After realizing that his money was missing, Kaukonje promptly lodged a police report. As a result, Kashaya was apprehended at her regular location along Blakiston and Fife Avenue.
Kashaya was presented before Harare magistrate Munashe Chibanda and was subsequently remanded in custody awaiting her bail hearing.

Against all expectations, his legal representatives in Kenya orchestrated a successful intervention, petitioning the Home Office to facilitate his return to the United Kingdom.
Despite having an ongoing settlement application and being officially recognized as a refugee after a successful appeal, the individual was unjustly removed from the country, disregarding his protected status.
