Artist Freddy Manjalima, popularly known as Kapfupi, has gained attention after he was spotted at a traditional healer’s shrine on Tuesday.

According to a local publication, Kapfupi was accompanied by his wife, who is popularly known as Mai Ngaa, and their son, who is only identified as Dread.
The traditional healer (n’anga) also organized those who had come for his services that day to make contributions toward Kapfupi’s needs.
As a result, contributions were made and the money was handed over to him.
In an interview, the artist revealed that he was seeking spiritual help because his family was under the influence of a dark spell and things have not been going well for him.

He said:
Pano ndiri pan’anga ndauya nemudzimai wangu Mai Ngaa nemwanakomana wedu Dread.
Ndinoda kubatsirwa ndanetswa nemamhepo neminyama mukurarama kwangu.
Zvinhu zvangu hazvifambe, ndinoda kugezwa minyama saka ndauya nemhuri yangu kuti tizobatsirwa tose.
As the news spread on social media, some individuals expressed the opinion that Kapfupi’s decision to visit a traditional healer was not a bad idea.
