Zimbabwean-born Pakistani Instagram star Mathira has become the latest influencer to suffer a breach of privacy.

According to the Economic Times, videos allegedly showing her in compromising situations have spread widely online.

In response, the actress and influencer quickly addressed the matter, claiming that images from a photoshoot were being misused to tarnish her reputation. On X (formerly Twitter), she wrote:

“People are misusing my name and my photoshoot pictures and adding fake stuff in; please have shame! Keep me out of this trashy nonsense.”

Mathira Khan, also known as Mathira Mohammad, is a well-known Pakistani influencer, actress, and dancer with a significant online presence, boasting over two million followers on Instagram and 59,000 on X.

Mathira, who was born in Harare, Zimbabwe, later moved to Pakistan, according to a report by India Times. She married singer Farran J. Mirza in 2012, but the couple divorced in 2018.
