A picture of a ZRP Officer's old and torn boot is making rounds on the internet raising mixed reactions among social media users.

Some social media users felt pity for the uniformed forces and questioned why the government was not taking care of them. Other users, however, said the police officers deserved ill-treatment because they were used by the state to oppress civilians.
