Admire Kasi, the husband of Ivy Kombo, experienced a seizure in court yesterday after it appeared that he might spend the night in detention.
When the seizure occurred, the well-known pastor was having trouble meeting the terms of his bail.
Duri Issued Fake Certificates of Competency to Law Students
Yesterday, Ivy and Admire appeared in court after learning that they had obtained their legal degrees through fraud. After being given $300 bail, Ivy Komba satisfied her condition.
However, because his legal documents showed multiple identities, Admire Kasi encountered difficulties in fulfilling his bail requirements.
He was informed that he would be spending the night in remand prison because the name on his passport did not match the one on the given documents.
Admire Kasi began to shake and went into a seizure at the thought of spending the night in custody.

He presented further documentation proving he was the rightful owner of the passport he possessed, and that cleared up the paperwork issue.
Admire Kasi and Ivy Kombo were released on $300 bail each after making an appearance in magistrate court before Gofa Marewanazvo to answer to fraud allegations.
The two were classified as flight risks and had to hand over in their passports. They will now have to report to the Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission Offices every two weeks.
In 2013, the couple shared that they graduated with Law degrees from the University of Bedfordshire in the UK.
To practice law in Zimbabwe, they had to get a certificate from the Council for Legal Education after a test.

Ivy Kombo is said to have allegedly approached Shorai Tafadzwa Mupunga, an official with the CLE, for help to register and writing the conversion examinations.
Shorai told her she would talk to Huggins Duri, the CLE Secretary, then.
It is claimed that Duri told Mupunga that he would give the couple the certificates without the examination if Ivy and Admire paid him $1,100.
The couple spent the money on Mupunga, who gave it to Duri, and the certificates were processed.
The conversion certificates stated that Ivy and Admire had written and passed eight subjects.
