Midlands State University (MSU) recently held a workshop at the Main Campus to discuss the use of new technologies to assess students on Work-Related Learning as a means of minimizing costs associated with students` assessments.
The workshop was organized by the Department of Work-Related Learning which coordinates the assessments of students who are on Work-Related Learning in various parts of the country in partial fulfillment of their degree programs.
The main focus of this workshop was to discuss how this new adoption of technologies can be implemented.
Pro-Vice-Chancellor of Research and Academic Affairs, Professor Doreen Moyo, presided over the workshop which was held in Gweru, this Wednesday.
This is a great initiative by the university which will help the institution to manage work-related learning assessments looking at the current economic crisis in the country.
