Water Crisis Hits Robert Mugabe International Airport
The current water rationing has hit the Robert International Airport where they have resorted to the bucket system in the toilets.
Hope Chinono on twitter posted the discovery with a picture of a black bin with a 5-litre bottle to use as a bucket. Water supply has been limited lately with Harare City Council rationing water. In his post, Hopewell was suggesting that the airport management should drill boreholes to manage the supply of water at the airport.
However, the (CAAZ)Civil Aviation Authority of Zimbabwe responded suggesting saying the water situation was disrupted over the past days because of the expansion process at the airport.
“Our water supply has been disrupted over the past few days. We have had to relocate our boreholes as a result of the airport expansion and we are in the process of drilling new boreholes.
