The leadership coach of the year was awarded to Edzai Marange for her great efforts in mentoring and empowering other TV personalities whilst Tariro Makanga took home the mentor or the year award and the other runners up in this category were all women as well.
ICMF Annual Awards also gave credit to relationship coaches and this time around a down to earth but impactful media-shy Patricia Nyabadza fittingly took the award.
Racheal Mazvita Sabonda was back again on the nominee's list for the career coach of the year and this time she was collecting the award as the winner.
Having been a runner up twice Uzzillah Munyengeterwa took the business coach of the year award.
