Enzo’s Ngoro Song Banned by BAZ

the Broadcasting Authority of Zimbabwe (BAZ) has banned the song Ngoro by Enzo Ishall and upcoming artist Rachel J because of ‘sexually suggestive lyrics'.  The song has been banned from all radio stations.

The video, which has a catchy vibe and sharp visuals, was released last week and has already garnered over 100 000 views.  

BAZ has written to radio stations across the country advising that the song has inappropriate lyrics.

“We write to raise concerns and reservations on the appropriateness of some of the lyrics of the song Ngoro by Rachel J featuring Enzo Ishall currently being played on some radio stations,” writes BAZ in a letter dated 19 December.

BAZ proceeds to say some lyrics are sexually suggestive and offensive, adding that it believes they will negatively affect children. The full letter is attached below:
