Zororo Makamba Dies Of Coronavirus

Zororo Makamba, the son of former ZANU PF member and businessman James Makamba has died due to Coronavirus.
Zororo collapsed at Wilkins Hospital this afternoon effectively becoming the first Zimbabwean to die due to the virus.
The news was first broken on Twitter by Mutumwa Mawere, a prominent South African based Zimbabwean businessman who tweeted:
Mr Zororo Makamba, the son of Mr James Makamba has passed on. MHSRIEP. I have just learned of this tragic loss of life due to the virus. A giant with so much potential has fallen. Corona is real. Let us pause and reflect. Life is too precious.
Another prominent journalist Hopewell Chin'ono also immediately posted confirming the death.
There was no official statement on the death until the Minister of Health Doctor Obadiah Moyo confirmed after about an hour.

There are fears that Zororo may have infected some people before he died. Last Friday he visited BancAbc and had a meeting with four employees.
The bank employees have since been put under surveilance.
