Ecocash Loses Case Against RBZ

Ecocash Zimbabwe has lost its case against the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe (RBZ) where it was seeking an interdict to stop the central bank from suspending mobile money agents.

The presiding Judge has dismissed the case with costs arguing that the courts cannot interdict a lawful act.
