According to the SABC News, the son of Zimbabwe president Emmerson Mnangagwa has been placed under sanctions by the Joe Biden administration.

Emmerson Mnangagwa Jnr and wife to Sakunda Holdings owner Kuda Tagwireyi have been added on to the sanctions list which includes several other Zimbabwean individuals and entities.

However, journalist Hopewell Chin'ono says the targeted sanctions are useless as they only hurt the ordinary citizens.
