GoZ Gazettes New Business Registration Fees
PBCs and Partnerships or Associations will pay $20. The name check fee is $5 for all applicants.
The Government of Zimbabwe gazetted new Statutory Instrument 95 of 2023, [CAP. 24:31] with new Companies and Other Business Entities (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2023 (No. 2).
The SI 95 lists the new registration fees for individuals and entities seeking to register and conduct business in Zimbabwe. Unsurprisingly, the fees were gazetted in US Dollars and not RTGS.
Private companies will pay $40 to register while public listed and limited companies will pay $80. Private business corporations or PBCs and Partnerships or Associations will pay $20. The name check fee is $5 for all applicants.
