Lumumba said that Chamisa won the election on Twitter and not on the real ground.
Chamisa’s fans did not take this satire lightly as they bombarded him with personal insults in expression of their disappointment. He said:
Nelson Chamisa won the election on Twitter, Nelson Chamisa won the election in London, Nelson Chamisa won the election kumba kwako, Nelson Chamisa won the election kumba kwake.
Lumumba implied that most of Chamisa’s followers are on social media and some are based outside the country and they did not vote.
This comes after ZEC gazetted incomplete results in which they allege that Mnangagwa won. Up to now ZEC has failed to avail the disaggregated results on a ward-by-ward basis as required by the law.
