Circumstances are that Mungombe boarded a Stallion Cruise bus at the Makunku Business Centre bus stop.
He was then asked to pay a $1 bus fare and he told Lovemore Munyekeza who is a bus conductor that he had a USD 100 note.
Munyekeza then told him that he had no change for that much.
This then sparked a serious argument between the two until one of the passengers paid the one-dollar bus fare.
This did not go well with Washington who then decided to pick up a stone and hit the bus door window leaving a serious shuttered screen.
The young boy went on to assault Bornwell Muleya who is the driver together with Lovemore Munyekeza the bus conductor.
He bit the driver once on his right side breast and stabbed the conductor once on his right hand using an okapi knife.
One of his accomplices who was only identified as William also from the Nzovunde area appeared from the bush, grabbed the knife, and fled the scene.
Police are investigating the whereabouts of William whilst Mungombe is expected to appear before Hwange magistrate court on Friday for two counts of assault and Malicious property damage.
The value of the damage is USD 210.

Gideon Gono, the former governor of the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe, has reportedly lost ownership of Valley Lodge, a property in Manicaland province, to an estate agent who allegedly manipulated the registration in his name.
Clark Clever and Beverly Aisha Makoni, the accused individuals, were brought before Harare magistrate Dennis Mangosi, where they were granted bail of US$300 each.
In 2017, Gono enlisted Ark Properties, a company wholly owned by Clever and Makoni, to manage Valley Lodge (Pvt) Ltd as estate agents.
However, in August 2017, the accused individuals are said to have orchestrated a scheme to deceive Gono by changing the directorship of Valley Lodge (Private) Ltd without his knowledge.
